HOURLY CHARGING RATES...
In all law firms there are two forms of charging. We can charge fixed fees where appropriate and we can charge by the time spent on it. It is common in all forms of litigation to pay by the hour for the time we spend in dealing with your case. The time we charge for the work we do is based upon the level of expertise that we have for each of our advisor and the hourly charges vary between advisors depending upon what qualifications and length of service they have.

Naturally often on litigation there is a need for the case to be handled by more than one fee earner. When two people are working on your case at the same time ie you have an appointment with two of us, there is only a charge for the more qualified person. If another fee earner were to have to do certain work on your matter you will be charged that fee earners charging rate.
